Terms of Service

By accessing AestheticBid, creating an owner account, claiming a business profile or making a payment, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment & Refund Policy and Listing Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. If you act on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

AestheticBid publishes two independent things: a Paid Ranking, in which position is determined solely by the current publicly disclosed competitive amount, and AI Visibility reporting, which describes how businesses appear in AI recommendation queries and cannot be purchased.

We are not a medical provider, we do not provide medical, cosmetic or health advice, we are not a party to any agreement between you and a business listed on the site, and we do not arrange, broker or guarantee any treatment, appointment or price.

Business owner accounts are created with an email address and a password. Consumer accounts do not exist. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

• Business profiles may be published on AestheticBid before any owner has interacted with the platform. Appearing on AestheticBid does not mean a business has joined, endorsed or agreed to participate in the platform.
• A profile marked Unclaimed simply means no owner or representative has yet claimed and taken over management of that profile.
• By claiming a profile you represent that you are the owner of that business or an authorised representative with sufficient authority to manage its presence on AestheticBid.
• Claiming a profile does not enrol the business in the Paid Ranking. Competing is a separate, deliberate and paid action.
• Verification of claims in the current version of the platform is simulated for demonstration purposes. It is not a legal, professional, identity or credential verification, and it does not establish or prove ownership of any business.
• We may reassign, suspend or remove a claim where we receive a credible competing ownership assertion, where information provided appears inaccurate, or where a claim appears to have been made without authority.

Corrections, disputes and removal requests are handled as described in the Listing Policy.

• Provide accurate, current information about the business and update it when it changes.
• Only submit content you own or are licensed to use, including photographs and logos.
• Do not claim a business you are not authorised to represent.
• Do not describe your AestheticBid position as an award, a rating, an editorial recommendation or an indication of quality in your own advertising.
• Comply with the advertising, licensing and professional rules applicable to your business and its treatments.

• Only claimed businesses that have completed a valid, confirmed payment can appear in the Active Ranking.
• Order is determined only by each competing business's current competitive amount, highest first. Nothing else is taken into account.
• The minimum amount to enter the ranking from unranked is USD 25.
• To move ahead of a business, the required amount is that business's current competitive amount plus USD 25.
• The competitive amount is the current amount, not a cumulative total of everything a business has ever paid.
• The current competitive amount of every competing business is displayed publicly next to that business, and is visible to anyone using the site.
• There is no live auction, no bidding against unknown parties, no element of chance, no prize and no reward.
• Entries, overtakes, pauses and position changes are recorded as competition events and position history, and remain visible after the fact.

• Payments are one-time card payments in US dollars. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• The amount payable is determined dynamically by our server at the moment the payment is created, based on the competitive action requested (entry, or overtaking a specific business).
• A competitive position is granted only after a valid payment confirmation is received from Stripe. Starting a checkout does not reserve, hold or guarantee any position.
• Because the ranking can change while a checkout is open, the amount quoted when you begin may no longer be sufficient for the position you intended when payment is confirmed. In that case the amount you actually paid is applied as your current competitive amount, and your position is derived from that amount against the other competing businesses at that time. This may be lower than the position originally shown.

Refunds, reversals, disputes and chargebacks are governed by the Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• A competing business may pause its participation at any time from its owner area.
• Pausing immediately removes the business from the Active Ranking and releases its position. Businesses below move up.
• Pausing does not generate a refund, credit or carry-over of the amount paid.
• A paused business returns as unranked. To compete again it must make a new payment, which begins a new competitive period.
• Past positions, amounts and competition events remain recorded as history and are not deleted by pausing.

• AI Visibility describes how a business appears in a fixed set of AI recommendation queries about Miami med spas.
• AI Visibility cannot be bought, is not influenced by any payment, and has no effect on the Paid Ranking. The reverse is also true: payment has no effect on AI Visibility.
• In this version of the platform, all AI Visibility figures are simulated in order to demonstrate the methodology. They are not a live measurement, are not attributed to any specific AI model or provider, and must not be relied upon as a factual measurement of any business.
• We do not control what AI assistants say and make no representation about what any AI system will recommend, now or in the future.

Content you submit remains yours. By submitting content to AestheticBid you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting purposes and display that content on AestheticBid for the purpose of operating and promoting the service, for as long as the content remains on the platform. You represent that you hold the rights necessary to grant this licence.

The AestheticBid name, site design, ranking presentation, methodology descriptions, text and compiled listing database are ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, scrape, republish or create derivative databases from the site without our prior written permission. Business names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those businesses.

If you believe content on AestheticBid infringes your rights, contact us using the details at the end of this document and identify the content, your rights and the basis of your claim.

Some profiles describe businesses that have not claimed them. Information in those profiles may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Nothing in an unclaimed profile should be read as a statement by that business, as its participation in the Paid Ranking, or as an endorsement of AestheticBid by that business. Unclaimed businesses have no position and no competitive amount.

• Claiming a business without authority, or impersonating a business, person or representative.
• Submitting false, misleading or infringing information, media or ownership evidence.
• Interfering with payment, ranking or account functionality, or attempting to obtain a position without a valid confirmed payment.
• Automated scraping, bulk extraction or resale of listing, ranking, amount or visibility data.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or data, or probing, testing or circumventing security measures.
• Using AestheticBid data or positions in advertising in a way that misrepresents them as ratings, awards, reviews or independent editorial endorsements.
• Any use that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that listing information is complete or accurate, or that any commercial benefit, traffic, enquiry or customer will result from a ranked position.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of your use of AestheticBid or any ranking position, position change or AI Visibility figure. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using AestheticBid at any time, pause competition from your owner area, or ask us to close your owner account. We may suspend or terminate an account, reverse a claim, remove content or remove a business from the Active Ranking where these Terms are breached, where a payment is reversed, where a credible ownership dispute exists, or where required to protect the service or comply with law. Where a business is removed from the Active Ranking, no refund arises other than as set out in the Payment & Refund Policy.

AestheticBid is under active development. We may change, add or withdraw features, markets and categories. We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Material changes affecting paid participation will be communicated to owner accounts by email or in the owner area. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

The operator of AestheticBid is established in Spain, while the businesses listed and the audience addressed are in Florida, United States.
