Legal
Accessibility
AestheticBid should be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion settings. This statement describes what we have done, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Last updated 15 September 2026. This document describes how AestheticBid actually operates today. It is a working document prepared without professional legal review and does not constitute legal advice.
What we have done
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and lists so structure is conveyed to assistive technology.
- Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus styling.
- Ranking data is presented as text rather than images, so amounts and positions can be read by screen readers.
- Colour is not used as the only means of distinguishing Paid Ranking from AI Visibility; both are also labelled in text.
- Text is set at readable sizes with generous line spacing, and layouts reflow to small screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology.
Known limitations
- Some dense comparison and history tables are demanding to navigate with a screen reader on narrow screens.
- The payment step takes place inside a third-party payment interface whose accessibility we do not control.
- Business photographs supplied by owners may have limited descriptive text.
Standards and conformance
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference when building the interface.
Not yet finalised
AestheticBid has not been audited against WCAG or any legal accessibility requirement, so we make no claim of conformance with WCAG, the ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549 or any other standard. An independent audit has not yet been commissioned.Reporting a barrier
If something on AestheticBid is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology, browser and device you were using. We will look into it and fix what we can.
